Dio Dendra / Two Trees is a hillside villa, with panoramic sea views across the ocean to the mountains of Central Greece. The villa is spaciously arranged on three levels, within a gated enclosure, with private pool and garden area (location)
Overall property: The villa is a spacious property (375 sqm), arranged on 3 levels, with large balconies on each level, offering amazing sea views, a private swimming pool and garden area, 5 Bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
First floor: As you enter the main entrance, there is a stunning open-plan living space with floor to ceiling glass doors offering spectacular panoramic sea views. There is also an elegant dining area for 10 guests and a fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast bar area. Through the glass doors, guests can enjoy the spacious veranda that runs the full length of the property. On the veranda is an outdoor dining table with space for 10-12 people and a free-standing barbecue. From the kitchen, a door leads down a few steps to the pool and main barbecue area, which also offers a 2nd outdoor dining area. At the back of the main living area, a separate door leads to a small apartment, which includes a twin bedroom with its own quiet patio, and a separate bathroom, with shower and WC.
Second floor: The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, which includes an ensuite bathroom, with shower and WC and a private veranda, with wonderful sea views. On the same level, there is also a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which share a bathroom, with shower and WC. These two bedrooms also have access to a large veranda which looks straight out over the sea.
Ground floor: On the ground floor, at garden level, is a further double bedroom, plus an additional living room/play area, with table tennis table and comfortable futons and TV/play station/music area. There is also a separate bathroom, with shower and WC. Doors from this lounge area lead directly out to the pool terrace and also connect to the garage area, where additional sport and leisure equipment is stored for use by our guests.
Services: The villa includes secure gated access (with private access code), a large private parking area, air-conditioned bedrooms, central heating, mosquito nets on all windows, satellite TV and free wi-fi access. Other services such as cooking, laundry and cleaning services can also be arranged, as needed.

Ideal location with stunning views from the welcoming terrace. The house is well built and equipped for an unforgettable stay. Both the house and the area are spotlessly clean, with stylish, modern interiors. There is ample parking for 3-5 cars. It is a very quiet area with generally no noise around – ideal for a “getaway with friends” break to get away from the “city routine”. Good communication with the hosts. We would love to come back
