‘Dio Dendra’ was named after the two large pine trees which were planted when the house was originally built in 2001. They are a reminder of the beautiful natural forest landscape which dominates the surrounding countryside. Platanos means Sycamore (tree), further underlining the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Surrounded by natural beauty, Dio Dendra is a three-level, spacious villa, with stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Corinth and the majestic mountains of Central Greece. The villa is approximately 375 sqm, arranged on 3 levels, with large balconies on each level, offering sea views, and includes 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
Πρώτος όροφος: As you enter the main entrance, there is an open-plan living space with floor to ceiling glass doors, offering panoramic sea views. There is also an elegant indoor dining area for 10 guests and a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast bar area. The balcony doors can be completely opened and pulled to the side, to allow easy access to the spacious veranda that runs the full length of the property. On the veranda is an outdoor dining table with chairs for up to 10-12 people. From the kitchen, a back door leads down a few steps to the pool, garden and main barbecue area, which also offers a 2nd outdoor dining area/table which is stored in the garage. At the back of the main living area, a separate door leads to a small apartment, which includes a twin bedroom with its own quiet patio, and a separate bathroom, with shower/WC.
Δεύτερος όροφος: The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, which includes an ensuite bathroom, with shower and WC and a private veranda, also with sea views. On the same level, there is also a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which share a bathroom, with shower and WC. These two bedrooms also have access to a large veranda which looks out over the garden and sea.
Ισόγειο: On the ground floor, at garden level, is a further double bedroom, plus an additional living room/play area, with table tennis table and comfortable futons and TV/x-box/music area. There is also a separate bathroom, with shower/WC. Doors from this living area lead directly out to the pool terrace and also connect to the garage area, where additional sports and leisure equipment is stored, for the use of our guests.
Υπηρεσίες: The villa includes secure gated access (with private access code using a key box), a private parking area, air-conditioned bedrooms on the first and second floors, central heating, mosquito nets on the top floor bedroom windows, and free wi-fi access on all floors. Other services such as cleaning and taxi services can also be arranged, if needed.
