Rates at Dio Dendra vary according to the season, length of stay, number of guests and any additional services requested. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is rented as a private property for the exclusive use of each group.
Standard stays
Indicative rates for regular bookings are:
3 nights or more: from €550 per night
7 nights or more: from €3,600 per week

Dio Dendra Wellness Weekends – Autumn, Winter & Spring
From October to April we also offer special two- and three-night wellness stays, designed for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing break in the Peloponnese.
2-night Wellness Weekend – from €1,295 for the villa
3-night Slow Wellness Escape – from €1,495 for the villa
Wellness stays include:
- Private use of our new outdoor barrel sauna and wellness area; sauna towels; a small selection of sauna aromatherapy products; use of the outdoor bucket and solar shower.
- Private massage treatments can also be arranged at the villa with our local therapist, subject to availability and advance reservation.
Where subsequent bookings allow, a late Sunday departure is also available.
Winter guests can combine their stay with a day skiing or enjoying the snow at Kalavrita Ski Resort on Mount Chelmos, returning afterwards to the warmth of the sauna and the comfort of the villa.
